In accordance with the client’s wishes, we complete the configuration, agreeing on the final product’s colour, length, material, additional equipment, placement of additional equipment, and other aspects.

We agree on product delivery individually with each client.

In agreement with the client, we ensure:

delivery to the location desired by the client, using our transport;
delivery at 0.70 EUR/km;
delivery and installation;
the option to collect the order themselves from us.

We individually allow each client to choose the most convenient way to receive the product.

Installation

Before the installation of the order, we visit the client at the location where the sauna, hot tub, gazebo, garden house, terrace, or children’s playground is planned to be installed, in order to agree with the client on the installation process and choose the best solution for the specific location.
